Ingredients
Mahi:
- One yellow onion
- 10-12 mahi steaks
- olive oil
- slap-ya-mama
- garlic salt
- italian seasoning
- fresh lemon
Greek Salad:
- 2-3 cucumbers
- 2-3 large tomatoes
- olive oil
- balsalmic vineagar
- salt + pepper
- italian seasoning
- feta cheese
Steps
- cut your onion into thin rings and spread on a pan with olive oil
- as your grill is preheating to about 400 °add your pan with onions to start cooking while you prep your fish
- before seasoning, be sure to trim all the bloodlines and skin left behind off of your mahi steaks before seasoning
- drizzle olive oil over the top of your steaks, lightly dust the steaks with slap-ya-mama, garlic salt, and italian seasoning, lastly squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the top, and flip the steaks to repeat
- take your onions off of the grill and add the mahi overtop and add it back into the grill to cook
- as your fish is cooking prep the cucumbers and tomatoes in a bowl together
- drizzle with a healthy portion of olive oil
- add the balsamic vinegar sparingly just to taste
- add your seasonings on top and drizzle with balsamic glaze and add your feta to top.
- Once the fish is white completely through it is ready to serve!
